Refund Policy

All sales are final. Because each purchase delivers a digital file (template or ebook) instantly upon payment, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been issued or the file has been accessed. Exception: if the file you received is corrupted, materially incomplete, or is not the item you paid for, contact support within 7 days of purchase at Contact@workingfilesco.com and we will replace the file or issue a full refund, at our discretion.

Dispute Policy

If something isn't right with your order, contact us at Contact@workingfilesco.com before opening a dispute or chargeback with your bank or card provider — most issues can be resolved directly and faster this way. We aim to respond within 2 business days. If you file a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to contest it and to present this policy, your download record, and our correspondence as evidence.

All products are digital files delivered electronically for lawful personal or business use only. By purchasing, you confirm you are not located in, or a resident of, any country subject to U.S. government embargo or listed as a "terrorist-supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. government denied- or restricted-party list. You may not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the files as a standalone product.
