01 / Catalog
Every file, and what it prevents.
Three records, and every one of them is a document that came out of running the work it describes. Each says what it prevents before it says what is in it, and what it is not before you buy it.

-

1/6WF-003
50 ready-to-paste AI prompts covering every stage of a residential purchase file, contract to closing — each one with a named failure mode and a redaction step, not a black box.

1/6WF-004
The business behind the file — pricing that survives contact with your own capacity, a deadline system that does not miss, and the licensing line drawn where it actually sits.
Method
Counted, not estimated.
Every number on every record — page counts, how many scripts, how many tables — is counted from the file that ships, not rounded off a draft. If a figure cannot be sourced, it does not go on the page.
